300 SUBS ! :D
Hey there !
First of all I want to kindly huge you for your time and feedback, cause without you I would'nt have arrived to 300 subscribers on my PMC profile ! :D
People will say it's not much , and that subscribers are not important. You've got partly the reasons, because if you like your builds it doesn't matter what they say.
However, for me is essential. People can criticise me as they want, always in a good way. Critics are always welcome, cause for some reason I post stuff here. I only do this to spare my work and let you say what you feel about it , to develop new building skills.
Future plans
As you'll have seen on the picture, I have new stuff to post. Well, I recently decided to stop building other stuff out of modern and landscaping parameters. I want to focus on the stuff I think I am better on. I understood that I can't be good at everything ( and I am not ) and I must enjoy building the thinks I like.
As always I have enjoyed building in a perfectionist way, and loads of houses won't be uploaded to PMC because I don't find them decent. What is more, I think I have deleted them :P
So next stuff that will be posted on PMC is:
- Terraforms
- Modern Houses
- Another Car Bundle
- Yacht
- And finally a neighbourhood with all my best modern stuff.
Please let me notice me if you want more varied stuff from me, and don't hesitate to suggest new builds.

I have an idea to combine all of your stuff... Terraform a landscape perfect to build a neighborhood of modern houses where you can have all of the houses have a car and have the city dock have some yachts in it :)

Make a mountain range or other cool terrain near by and have the village intersect (e.g. A mountain village)
