  this is to the person reporting-
  I hosted the cartoon characters jam as well, and since it is indeed a pokemon, I'm going to keep it in. It doesn't go against any of my rules, nor any PMC rules, so I'm keeping it in :)

  Thanks to whoever found evidence for me to disqualify that skin. I could tell something was up, but couldn't find any proof.

  It saddens me to say that while rating I had to disqualify 2 entries, and I have two that might of been copies. Thank you to all who made real skins for this jam :)
