this is not a texture pack this is a tool for making skins based on novakids from the game starbound easier

tutorial how to use:
-step 0 get a graphic or pixel art program
-step 1 select your skin color
-step 2 select the style of bangs(optional)
-step 3 select the brand(face symbol)
-step 4 select the type of sleeves you want(there are overlays so the arms are shaded properly)
-step 5 add the shirt(recolour using provided palette)
-step 6 add the pants (if you want a vest or jacket use pants 1)
-step 7 add the shoes or boots(dependant on the type of pants)
-step 8 add vest or jacket(optional)
-step 9 add accessories(tie bowtie and bandana)(optional)
-step 10 add long hair or ponytail(optional)
layer everything on top of eachother in the image file in the provided order for the best effect
and you dont have to recolor the clothing items but you can
