I like this :D TIPPPP- Make the lip color darker than the skin :D It will make her look less... well... Idk it just looks better trust me XD also make eyelashes one beside the eye and to above (Look at my old skins they might have it) but ya thats it GREAT WORK ;3!

I think you should de-saturate the colors of the skin to match the picture more. I like the shading on the hair, but the pants and the face could use some more contrast and shading.
