RMS Poseidon (2006) Minecraft Map

After 4 years and 5 previous attempts, this is perhaps the best Poseidon I will ever build. I absolutely love this ship's exterior design. Aesthetically, it reminds me of Populuxe / Googie architecture from the 50s and 60s. The interior feels more old-fashioned and vintage, quite different from its space-age exterior design. Currently, the exterior is done, some small things may change here and there, but I'm happy with it. I'm currently working on the interior, though the only major room I have progress on is the Grand Lobby, which I have included pictures of. The Interior will be very accurate to the film, utilizing deleted scenes, deck plans, and of course the movie itself!

Width- 89 Blocks
Height- 99 (waterline to funnel)

I am currently planning some future projects, but rest assured, this is my top priority!

PS: I encourage you to watch the film, the Ship and the CGI is stunning!

Big updates and changes!

- New Funnel! It's much larger and taller now and pushed more to the front. Features new redesigned "P" logo.
-Added video of a quick outside tour.
-Grand Lobby shops are completed. I will be posting a tour of it on YT soon.
-Redesigned bow thrusters.
-Replaced oak trapdoors with iron trapdoors for a better look.
-New lighting
-Trying to get ballroom completed.
-New pictures of the interior spaces.
-Experimenting w/ cabin designs.
-Film-accurate promenade deck layout lined out.
-Other minor detail changes.

Compared to the one of of Dooku200, yours is more accurate especially from the exterior showing the interior. I LOVE IT

Thanks man, and yeah, I've seen and looked around Dooku's recent Poseidon, it's really nice. I tried my best to distinguish my Poseidon from his (as well as the one by Revenous) by using a unique super-structure, bridge, and funnel design, as well as using accurate details from the movie. (For example, Dooku200's Poseidon has cove balconies, even though the ship in the film does not in fact have them, though his cove design does look nice)

It's not ready yet, as only the exterior is completed. But don't worry, I will absolutely put up a download when I am finished or just about there. I have tons of information on the ships canonical deck plans and want it to be as accurate to the film as possible! I am currently juggling work and college right now, but I am hopeful it won't be too long.
