Hey!

After months of development, my first full-fledged mod is out - Bountiful Fares!
Bountiful Fares expands upon existing mechanics and adds simple, new content to the food and farming aspect of Minecraft, while still being faithful to the base game!


FAQ - Please read before asking anything!

Will there be a Bedrock version? / Can I port Bountiful Fares to Bedrock?

No, don't expect anything Bedrock-related, and please do not port it yourself.

Will there be a Forge/NeoForge port?

Maybe in the future, but It's not planned.

Will there be a port to [​insert past version]?

No, some features require the latest versions.

What versions will Bountiful Fares be updated to?

In general, new features and bug fixes will be added to the most recent version of Minecraft, along with the second and maybe third most recent as well (for example, 1.20.3, 1.20.2, and 1.20.1).


Can I use Bountiful Fares in a modpack/server/other content?

Absolutely!

Can I use Bountiful Fares's models/textures for a separate project?

No, please don't use any of it's models/textures for anything else, even with credit. (Check license on github)

Is there going to be compatibility with Farmer's Delight?

No, not really. Nothing in-depth like recipes with BF and FD ingredients, specific items/blocks between mods, etc. Cooking Pot/Cutting Board recipes could be considered.

- Added several config options (changed either through the config file or with ModMenu):
- Toggle the visibility of tooltip info on some items
- Change the time taken for a Fermentation Vessel to ferment an item

- Using a brush normally has not been changed
- Updated Fermentation Vessel break particles to match the current texture
- Added several new custom sound effects for Fermentation Vessels
- Updated Fermentation Vessels to be easier to understand what is going on
- Fermentation Vessels now use an enum block state for the fermentation process
- Added a custom sound for when Fermentation Vessels have stopped fermenting
- When it has finished fermenting, the texture of the vessel will become slightly stained
- EXISTING FERMENTATION VESSELS MAY BE BROKEN BECAUSE OF THESE CHANGES! This can be fixed by breaking and placing any you already have in your world.
- Added “pickets” item tag
- Made all Fruit Logs, Pickets, Jack O’ Straws, and more fuels for furnaces
- Removed unused “up” and “down” states from Wild Vine Crops
- Added a custom sound effect for picking a fruit from a tree
- Changed Fruit Logs to use a full block hitbox when leafy
- Added 10 new paintings that feature content from the mod:
- “Bountiful” 1x1
- “Citrus Dish” 1x1
- “Hazel Floret” 1x1
- “Violet Floret” 1x1

Hi, I've come to say that this modpack is amazing, but, when entering servers it BUGS out my game. blocks are different blocks/entities and such, I'd be stuck on the floor, and have many bugs, I hope you can fix this issue, Cause I love this mod but it's annoying when having to go to servers just to be met with random entities blocks and such. I'm pretty sure the fences are the problem cause my friend told me that he downloaded a fence mod and it broke the servers he went into
