Yep, that's how you enter for the PMC PC. I think participating in the events & watching them reveal more ways of entering to win other prizes. There's actually a huge list of giveaways that are unlocking over the coming days.
are all these prizes only for US/Canada residents?
I'm unsure but it likely depends on the company location and the prizes themselves. Shipping a Desktop PC overseas is very expensive, due to customs, and also prone to damaging the hardware. Not all prizes are as heavy or fragile.
