Got more than one favorite genre/can't decide? vote for one of them and tell me the others in the comments.
If you want, you can also tell me your favorite song from that genre!
(I can only fit 10 genres onto the poll. if your music isn't one of them, vote for the closest it can be classified as.)

Yeah, pretty sure I triggered an entire fan base with that phrase XD
I like heavy metal in general, but I've been really into symphonic metal lately (Gloryhammer and Avantasia-type stuff)

i like game soundtracks (yes i have bad music taste ik)
for a while i liked listening to vaporwave, then future funk, which in turn got me into city pop, and now atm i like jazz fusion.
Rock n' roll/rock. Love the Beatles, the Beach Boys, the Doors, Pink Floyd.
People get surprised when I say I like classical because I am kind of the average fluffy ice cream cone hair baseball kid.
Just goes to show don't judge a book by its cover.

No offense but as a violinist come 8 years. Pachelbel's Canon in D Major is so overused. It's very boring to play.
Id personally suggest the following: Mendelssohn Violin Concerto 1, most things by Mahler, Paganini Caprice 4 , La Campanella, and Nel Cor Piu Non-Mi Sento.
Schubert Erlkonig, and Wieniawski Etude-Caprice 4 Op 18. All of these composers are great and when you start getting recommendations for composers and pieces like this you will unlock this niche genre of virtuosity and grandeur that's really cool. Definitely check these out.

Ska, Reggae and Surf Rock
Favorite songs :
-Ska :Toots and The Maytals - Broadway Jungle (Original version) - YouTube
-Reggae : Linton Kwesi Johnson - Hurricane Blues - YouTube
-Surf Rock : Test Drive - YouTube
Technically all these are "rock" music but I guess in the case of this limited poll you could fit Ska into jazz, Reggae into Funk and Surf Rock into Alt Rock

Voted classical
with Heavy Metal & Celtic Revival strong contenders that didn't make the survey limit
(alao a fair bit of historical material that would not typically be classified as classical; eg.
The Battle of New Orleans
John Barleycorn [which dates to 1624] in addition to the version by Traffic
The Battle of Harlaw in several versions…. )

JAZZ
no surprise there
I absolutely love this genre called Space-Age Pop and Exotica. This genre emerged in the 1950s with Exotica focusing about the exotic islands of Polynesia and Space-age being about futuristic sounds and instruments, like the Theremin. I have tons of Vinyl and even CD re-releases of them, must have over 50 albums.
Examples of Exotica
*Robert Drasnin – Voodoo! (1959) - [1996 - Album] - YouTube
*Arthur Lyman - Taboo (Full Album) - YouTube
*Ted Auletta - Exotica (1962) Full vinyl LP - YouTube
Examples of Space-age Pop
*#3: Frank Comstock- Music From Outer Space (1962) FULL ALBUM - YouTube (My favorite album)
*Sid Bass - From Another World (1956, Full Album) - YouTube
*SPACE ESCAPADE/LES BAXTER - YouTube

I like OST of video-games and nature's sounds, both are my favorite.
I do listen alt-rock musics too, sometimes.

A good bit of what I listen to probably can't be classified in any of these categories. Example
that will probably fall under folk
Hey, I loved your gravelton map and it really reminds me of my old midwestern town with your use of basements and walkout basements. You should make more builds with basements; people really like them it's kind of odd. Unfortunately, my house in that town got hit by a tornado when I was younger, and we had to move away very lucky to survive our neighbors died.
thanks! glad you enjoyed it.
also sorry abt your old house, that sucks :/

phonk is funk right?
hmm, it's probably closer to electronic. since it contains many similar elements to a lot of electronic music. Funk is more acoustic-based music.
ok idk

should i make one
