Hello Everyone, This is the Elemental Rising data pack. You may have a couple of questions including things like "What is this data pack about?" and "Why would I play this data pack?". If you have any feedback on how to improve this data pack, let me know in the comments.
What is this datapack about?
This datapack adds tools with Elemental features like a bow that shoots arrows that set everything up on fire or the opposite ; A bow that freezes mobs and water.
What are the tools in this datapack?
There are currently multiple tools in this datapack, here are some of them.
You may be wondering how to get them. You will have to craft them. All of the crafting recipes are in the Elemental Crafting Book. To craft it, you will need one amethyst shard, one book and one glow ink sac. Throw them on the ground to craft the book.
What do those weapons do?
All of those weapons have special abilities. The Ice Bow will freeze mobs in a 3x3 ice cube, making them suffocate inside. The Fire Bow will set the hit target and the 3x3 area on fire. The Toxic Bow will give the hit target a bunch of bad effects like slowness, poison, nausea and mining fatigue. The TNT Bow will blow up the hit target, simple! Just be careful to not accidently blow yourself up. The Lightning Bow will shoot lightning bolts at the hit target and if it lands in water it will electrocute anybody in the water near it. The Fireproof chestplate will protect you from fire and lava as long as you wear it.
What else is there going to be added?
Currently, I am not planning on adding anything new to this data pack. Maybe a few bug fixes but I do not have any future plans for this data pack.

You may be confused on how to download a data pack. You can easily find a lot of tutorials online. A great one I found was by CommandGeek and you can watch it on YouTube here.

Important Project Information:
I am not planning on adding more content to this data pack. I will most likely make bug patches and make it compatible with more versions of Minecraft. If I get more ideas I may return to this data pack for more content updates but for now this is the final version.

Hey everyone, I just made a patch for Elemental Rising. It's the 1.2.1 update.

Patch note
- Ice made from the Ice bow will be frosted ice, it will break after a couple of seconds and cannot be mined with silk touch.
- Lighting Bow only summons one lightning bolt when a mob is hit.
- Ice from the Ice Bow will now also replace kelp, seagrass, tall seagrass, sea pickles, grass, tall grass and dripleaf.
