Before I got on making a little war story, I just want to say that I've seen a lot of War stories lately made up from just kids. People trying to glorify war in their stories they made up and showing there's only the good and bad. In reality though that's not always the case. I just want you all to know not all wounds of war are visible by the eye.

(This story was made up by me after hearing several stories of soldiers and what they did in Iraq and Afghanistan)
I was in the CH-53E Super Stallion on a mission to clear out a near by village and market place of IED's and any enemy combatants. As we got near our landing zone I was so pre-occupied of thinking to get on the ground I forgot to put on my eye protection. We all ran off as we touched down and set up security so everyone got off. Then I turned around and WAMP a whole wave off sand stirred up from the rotors hit me straight in the eyes. I yelled medic as I felt the sand crunch and crack in my eyes. You can say that after getting an ounce of sand stuck in my eyes that I learned a lesson. The doc got some water and drained the sand out of my eyes as the other guys giggled a little bit from my mistake.
I got my rifle and continued on with the objective as we came up on a small house which looked more like something from medieval days. We cleared the house as we came upon 2 men men apparently one looked about 70 years old but the other looked up 7 yet he turned out to be 22. I swear I thought he was a kid until I started hearing cuss words I had never heard before, which should be impossible for a Marine. Before we all started laughing "uncontrollably" as our Lt said, we left and continued on to the market.
To Continue......

I'm gonna be making more of these if you guys and gals enjoy them. Before I do though I just wanna say that if you want to make a war story don't talk about things you don't really know about. Don't use any graphic detail or wording that can be offensive. I've recently seen some very disturbing made up war stories that shouldn't be used on a site like this.
I'm making this for comedic entertainment, informational content and so people understand some of what our soldiers go through and the pure friendship that goes into it. Not to scare you or coax you into joining the military just so people can try to understand our troops.

What did you base your little war story on? Sounded like something from WW2 with the 10th Mountain Division.
