Ingefara, Arkouda and Rosenberg followed the enchantress as they fended off huge swarms of aquatic creatures outside the Oceania Palace.
As tidal waves washes ashore and the barriers protecting the palace gradually lowers, the enchantress introduced her identity. After a while, the party all understood what she was saying.

That mage turned out to be Archi'medea, the first long-lost ancestor of Magicweaver family. She was the only one to live that long since the first genocide, while her "supposed" descendants lost the ability to stay underwater permanently, only retaining somewhat innate mastery in soul and hydro magics.
(Of course, that only applies to Kanrine Magicweaver, her grand-daughter of the fifth generation, but she never got to visit her ancestral tomb in her lifetime.)

Even so, other family members in the underwater clan kicked her out of the lineage out of concern that she'll affect their future plans for dividing the accumulated wealth upon her death. That resulted in a hard-to-laugh-or-cry situation. The young couldn't wait to covet for that wealth by hiring their own accountants, while older ones also turned a blind eye from this conflict.
And that's why at this moment, Archi'medea Magicweaver raised the Oceania Palace for the first time. Now she saw the hope for Persephone Sea's return, with whirlpools and tsunamis following its wake.

At the same time on the flagship Curse of the Oceans, the Captain and his son Gordanos could be seen witnessing this moment, recalling their moments overhearing the ballad.
