This turns the carved pumpkin item model into well, christmas hats! while also removing the pumpkin blur it has when you wear it. Don't worry, carved pumpkins when placed still look like carved pumpkins so it won't ruin any builds!

A bit late, but I mean they can, it's usually more so entities that cannot be made 3D without optifine, since this pack in itself is completely non-optifine dependant
