Shimmering Trims
Shimmering Trims is a pack for the latest Minecraft Java snapshot (23w04a) that makes the new armour trims animate similarly to the enchantment glint as well as making them emissive. This pack is compatible with any other pack that changes the textures of armour trims.

Currently works in 23w12a, I will update this if it breaks

Inspiration
This pack is partly inspired by Shiny Armor Trims by Manuel XXVI as well as my own idea to animate the emissiveness
