Anyone else think Prismarine is annoying?

Honestly, I always thought Prismarine was annoying. Seeing an entire structure perform a hue shift bugged me, and the problem is highlighted in time lapses.

So, here's the the solution. A texture based on both Prismarine Bricks and Cobblestone that changes colors without a complete hue shift. A texture that looks like a shimmer in time lapses and not like a color effect gone wrong.

I'm also experimenting with doing something similar for Prismarine Bricks. I thought it was odd that they don't have an animation despite being made from the same material. However, I'll need to create 25 more animations to pull it off.
