please don't rip me, I'm a newbie. I love this texture pack. I have downloaded it but how do I get it into minecraft...thank you in advance

When I do that, it takes me to the list of my files. I click on downloads where the texture pack is. When I click on the zip folder, 9 seperate items are there. 4 folders and 5 others. Do I need to download something to make the texture pack work. All I've done was download from above.

In the Main Menu click on texture packs and open the texture pack folder.
