The moodboard I was given to make a skin with was Khirow! This was the moodboard.

This was a super difficult one, so I ended up choosing to take the cyborg from the top left image, and give it the ocean theme via the tentacles. I also took the palette of one of the sunset/sunrise images, and used for said tentacles, and to inspire the gradient on the visor. All the main plates of armour have a pink hue on the top, and a blue hue on bottom, (pink on top for the sunset/sunrise, blue on bottom for the ocean)
