this is a remake of a rc entry I made ages ago. :o

normally I wouldn't do a remake of rc entry,
but i changed the design so much you could hardly count it as an entry haha
but i really loved it so i just had to remake it!

quite a few things changed, and probably the most notable of those is the top hat & sock.
i changed the colour of the band on the top hat to blue
since the hint of blue makes the skin look more alive and overall better,
and it blue goes with yellow. c:

then I changed the leg that had green fishnet,
because idk why but for some reason on the old version,
i thought it was a good idea to put both some fishnet and a sock on one leg?
it just looked weird,
like has anyone worn fishnet with socks??

and usually fishnet was something i added to make a skin a bit asymmetrical
and i commonly added it because it was easy, but I've changed that,
since if you come up with something else to make a skin asymmetrical that's unique to the skin design,
it just gives the skin a bit more personality and makes them stand out more from each other.

but other then that I haven't got much else to comment on this skin
the rest is mostly just me updated the skin to my current style.
