figuring out how the bottom of the coat and white skirt worked took a bit of time but otherwise this was pretty simple despite how it looks

feli from the puyo puyo series, I recently picked up puyo puyo tetris 2 and I think she’s my fav, I do prefer her Japanese voice over her English tho

might skin other characters who show up in ppt 2 but not guaranteed since this skin was kinda random lol
