This is Kizuna Akari, a voiceroid and Vocaloid made because of Yuzuki Yukari's popularity

I really just see a mashup of Kizuna Ai (name), Mirai Akari (name), Yukari (design duh), and Kiana Kaslana (hair) xD

But still very recognizable lol
