Edit: here’s the original description/origin story from my old one:
The end mage stumbled upon the ruins of a stronghold, amazed at its beauty. He further researched the mysteries and magic of the Enderman race, curious of their teleportation powers. To blend in with them, he made a mask to match the look of the Enderman.
