Story:
Subject was spotted on the fringes of the abandoned sections of a once populous city. Subject appears to have extensive augmentations, though these all seem old and heavily outdated. Subject appears to be one of the "Forgone". (Note: Forgone is the term given to humans who have so extensively augmented and replaced their body parts, that they are no longer considered human at all. They have forgone their humanity entirely for the power that technology brings. Such people are exiled and vilified by almost all humans, including Enhanced Peoples). Subject seems to be extremely malnourished, with sallow and paper-thin skin, likely caused by the intense strain on the organic body from the mechanical implants/augmentations, not to mention the lifestyle of worthless scum the Subject undoubtedly lives. Subject is wandering around, seemingly aimlessly, but due to augmentations and lack of human-based rational, is considered highly dangerous. We recommended that the Subject be neutralised from afar to avoid direct confrontation and a fight. Dispatching Sniper and clean-up crew to Subject's location presently. Subject's augmentations are not worth anything, even as scrap, so burn what's left. Permission to engage granted.

Implants/Augmentations:
Over-head neural implants - Improves all desirable features of the brain, such as calculation speed and information recall, but prolonged use can severely impact the user's reasoning, making them think and perceive the world around them, in a distinctly inhuman way. Would usually be connected to the rest of the body through the three cables protruding from the back fo the head, however, Subject does not have the required torso enhancements, so other features of the implants are rendered useless.

Trinity Eye Replacements - Left eye replacement grants the user night vision, with 2 levels of magnification and an Infra-Red setting. Right eye replacement grants the user enhanced vision, with 3 levels of magnification. Each 'eye' can be cycled to change how it operates, allowing the user to adapt to a variety of environments.

Hercules v0.87 "Power" Arm Replacements - A set of entirely mechanical arms allow the user to accomplish many tasks a normal human could never hope to be able to do alone. Perks include much greater strength and improved dexterity compared to flesh-based arms, and potential damage output of punches is increased 100-fold. This particular set of arms are an older and now outdated model and thus lack the improvement that later models introduced such as drastically improved safety and durability. This set has seen heavy use and as a result, do not respond to the Subject's will as well as they once did, and now have some dangerous jagged edges due to wear and tear.

Heart "Brightener"- Augmentation to the user's heart that, rather crudely, forces it to work harder and faster, pumping more blood around the user's blood to try to improve almost all aspects of their bodily functions. Such technology was used before safer and better technologies were invented, and so is rudimentary and now considered very dangerous. It's called a "Brightener" because it is akin to adding more oil to a candle, to make the flame larger and brighter, which results in the candle burning much more quickly. User's with such an augmentation often live much shorter lives as their heart is worked to the brink in years rather than decades. Heart appears to be physically exposed, likely due to the Subject running out of funds to continue their augmentation. This is typical of Subjects who wish to have torso augmentations as well as heart improvements, which would cover and protect the now exposed heart. However, this Subject does not have torso coverings at all and as a result, is incredibly vulnerable.
