Since the dawn of time, mankind has gazed up into the starry night sky in awe, wondering what lies behind that dark curtain of shadow. In more recent times, man has walked on the moon, and sent rovers to mars, and believe they have fully explored the moon.


However, what mankind is unaware of, is that a creature is sleeping deep within the moons crust, waiting until his presence is needed. This creature is called many names, but ito s most common ones are 天㠮ç , the King of the Heavens, or Caelorum rex.


He was born billions of years ago, when the earth was new, and he watched over the world. For you see, he was the one who did such incredible things such as the Big Bang, and threw the meteor into earth, killing off the dinosaurs, so that mankind could thrive.


Once mankind was off too a good start, Caelorum rex decided to leave earth, and went into slumber in the center of the moon. Actually, he first was in the center of the earth, but too many people were trying to get there, so he left for the moon.


Then, in 2076, the earth was facing the brink of destruction. Global warming was killing the earth, and the people wanted, no needed, help. Though it was a wild guess, scientists discovered ancient writings that told of an benevolent being, a deity that might be able to help them. It took a lot of work, but the scientists managed to convince the nations of the world to have a giant space ship fly to the moon, equipped with drilling machines to get to the center of the moon.


However, time was ticking. Already, people could no longer be under the sun, or their skin would be burned. The ship landed, and began drilling. In just three days, it reached the center, where they found a blue box. But next to the small, blue box that might be bigger on the inside, there was a statue. A statue made of solid platinum, of a warrior wearing a flowing cape.


The miners, having no idea what to do next, tried everything. They threw rockas at it. They said random words, and tried feeling for some kind of button on it, all to no avail. Then, one of the miners, whose name would go down in history, said aloud, o OPEN SESAME!o


Upon saying those words, the platinum shattered, and the creature fell to the ground. He then stood, standing ten feet tall. He wore blue armor, with a helmet. He had glowing eyes, and had a flowing red cape that fell to his feet.


He looked around, and the miners immediately bowed. o Um... sir... earth needs help. The sun is gonna, like, burn us up. Literally.o , one of the miners said, his head bowed. Caelorum rex looked at them, then looked up slowly. Then, in a flash of light, he flew out of the moon, and flew straight towards the sun. Cheering, the miners called back to GNTSOP (Gathered Nations Too Save Our Planet), and told them the news. The entire earth cheered, and Caelorum rex flew into the center of the sun. Then he did the only reasonable choice-- he threw the sun billions of lightyears away, to a distant galaxy.


And because they needed a sun, he decided now was the time for sacrifice-- and he needed a new resting place after all. Incasing himself in hydrogen, he stood at where the center of the sun was, and screamed out, o Ten no honÅ no shiro! (Castle of Fire of the Heavens)o And a gigantic orb of hydrogen enveloped him, and billions of miles around him.


For all eternity, mankind would remember his sacrifice. Now, when man looks up at the starry night sky, he doesno t wonder too much...
