Decent 'modded' server, but the fun features are more than the server can handle so expect some lag when playing. The easiest way to fix this is to increase the RAM or reduce the amount of plugins. For raiding, I don't think anyone should be safe from being raided by simply building a base near the world's border in a server that promotes raiding over anarchy, so I suggest adding a public Dynmap for the server or reducing the size of the world border. I doubt you'll want this, but just in case, if you want to see some extreme base destruction for fun, I also suggest adding the Slimefun nukes addon. The usual vanilla TNT cannons are transformed into nuclear missile launchers.
