This time I made USS Hornet, Essex class :D (NOT A CV-8)

While in Pacific war, a lot of Essex-class ships were built. Hornet was one of them too.

Her originally named USS Kearsarge but  renamed to USS Hornet  to commemorate CV-8 Hornet

After launching, she joined Fast carrier task force (this compilation is Coming soon!) and engaged many important battles

and this is her achivement :)
 

 during Pacific war
-668 Aircrafts shot down
-742 Aircrafts on the ground
-73 ships, or more (not verified)
-assisted in sinkin Battleship Yamato
-etc

After war
-Apollo Program

In case of Plane shot down parts, this record is even higher than Enterprise

There is no need for  words that she was one of the best Aircraft carrier :P

today, she retired and anchored at California, becoming museum.


well, It takes double times because I have to make 2 types of Hornet 'ㅠ' But was meaningful job thanks Ry1459!

making Hurricane bow was difficult parts, I show respect to all of builder making modern Aircraft carrier!
