This is the Federation star ship USS Courageous. Original design by MayhemUK and Queball.

Special thanks to blibbob for the amazing Captain's Yacht and the shuttles which are compatible with the Zeppelin Mod. The easiest way to find the yacht is to take a turbolift and take the horizontal shaft all the way forward and then all the way down; it will be around the corner. Also thank you to Airadan for the original video, which is much better than the one I made, just missing the new featuers:

Backstory:
At the end of the 24th century the Alpha Quadrant powers found themselves encountering new threats at an alarming rate. The Borg, Dominion and SPecies 8472 all posed a grave threat to the Federation as well as the Romulan and Klingon empires. In 2387 the Courageous Class starship was designed by a joint Federation / Romulan team to be a long-range combat vessel capable of deploying to any point in the Alpha Quandrant to defend Federation and Romulan interests.

Although the Courageous Class lacks the agility of the smaller Defiant Class vessels, it does have greatly increased firepower and a longer range. The Courageous Class also carries shuttlecraft and a Star Fleet Marine barracks to defend against boarding parties and for away missions.

Features:
There are several redstone powered devices in this project:
- The warp core, warp coils and the bridge view screen have blinking lamp mechanisms (there are a couple others around the ship as well)
- The phaser cannons fire 16 shot salvos. There is a door near the front of the phaser cannon room so you can go outside and watch.
- There are several piston doors including two forward and one aft exterior doors as well as a couple of doors inside the ship.
There are also Zeppelin Mod compatible features:
- The above mentioned Captain's Yacht and the shuttles.
- The shuttle turbolift in the shuttle hangar moves up and down (credit to fogeater132 for that idea). Don't park a shuttle on it though or they will become inseparable.

I built this ship with the default texture pack. I haven't tried all the different Trek themed texture packs yet, but they should work fine. I may make my own pack in the future, mostly for making the workbench, noteblock etc. into computer panels.
