This is my newest project, made on my city-building map.

This is the central train station of the Slavia Project city, located near the middle of the main island. It's a large station built to serve as a main point of entrance to the city. The rail lines head north underground and out through the customs island (coming soon). The train-lines are built in a north-south direction, while the train station building intersects it half way, stretching over the rail lines in a east-west direction.

On the western side, there are a few special platforms. The one to the north is a train line leading straight to Tsargrad airport, with its own separate trains. And to the south, 4 platforms serve as arrivals from the Anatolian Administration Region. They are the only platforms with train-lines running southbound into tunnels. They are therefore subject to extra security when arriving.

Beyond that, there are 13 platforms. However, the lengths of the platforms allows for 2 trains to be at any one platform (parked back to front), giving a max capacity of 26 trains at any given time. This is rarely reached however, as they serve to be able to take in trains even if other trains experience delays. On the northern side, the platforms have the designations 1A, 2A, 3A, and so on, while the southern half of those platforms are called 1B, 2B, 3B ... . There are maps spread out around the station to help commuters find the different platforms.

Inside the building are everything that a commuter might need. Ticket-desks, ticket machines, a pub-style restaurant, a convenience store to buy food that you might want to bring on your train ride, toilets, and an information desk for the arrivals from the airport. On top of the shops, there is a garden which gives a pleasant atmosphere and lets commuters rest before departing. Beyond that, there are plenty of benches, and a control central where arrivals and departures are handled. There is also a landing pad on the roof (will be expanded later on), where the more wealthy can land their automated hover-vehicles to get a quick lift to and from the train station.
