This is my 1:1 scale speculative reconstruction of what the Triconque palace in constantinople may have looked like. The palace was Located somewhere within the great palace area but its location is disputed. The Triconchos palace (as it was also called) was constructed as part of emperor theophilos great palace renovation and apparently one of his favorite areas in the palace to hang out .Not much information is known about the building beyond the floorplan and general layout. So i styled this after the antoine helbert reconstructions.
