The Centro Financiero Confinanzas, also known as the Tower of David, is an unfinished skyscraper located in Caracas, Venezuela. Construction began in 1990, but was stopped in 1994 due to the banking crisis of that year. At the time of its abandonment, the Confinanzas Financial Center was the eighth tallest skyscraper in Latin America. It has 45 floors and 171.30 m4 high on a construction surface of 121,741.00 m². By July 2014, it was in a complete state of abandonment and its interior was invaded by families in precarious conditions.53 The last families that lived there were moved to new homes on May 28, 2015.
