Behold, Darth Vader's personal TIE Fighter, the TIE Advanced! The TIE Advanced was seen in Star Wars A New Hope in the Battle of Yavin. This starfighter was prototype that was going replace the standard TIE Fighters and was tested by Darth Vader. While it never made it into production, many of it's best design features were later incorporated into other Imperial Ships like the TIE Bomber and Interceptor. The TIE Advanced is a very deadly and a truly feared fighter just like it's pilot, Darth Vader.
