This is one of my biggest builds I've ever done in survival mode. Two of my friends Dom and Nim helped me with the builds. It took us one to two months to get to this stage and we will probably not finish it as we cannot claim it all (don't have enough towny people). - Many room mansion for living quarters and shops. (Unfinished)
- 1 scary themed coaster.
- The plaza - working DJ set & drum set & drop party hidden droppers.
- Speed archery minigame
- Basketball & Table tennis area
- Working mini-golf
- Fully working drift kart (go-kart; car) racing track with a working start line that opens/closes with a lever. Also fully working garages and a control tower where you control the garages and look out for crashes and so on.
- Mini horse/pig racing track
- Massive wild zoo with a llama barn/house and a living space in cave for horses and a small tree space for chickens and small animals. Also huge area for pigs, sheeps and cows.
- Boat race river.
- A place for boxing with walls for signs (winners, contestants, etc.)
- An underground area where you can build anything (it's under the main entrance)
- A souvenier shop with a view of the plaza.
- 1 coaster that goes around the 2nd part of Tianzi theme park (golf, drift karts, etc.)
- Sugarcane farm
- Ticket booth built in a hobbit hole with working exit doors and ticket center.
- Statue that fires fireworks.
- Fun waterslide that goes into the zoo.
- An amazing red dragon rollercoaster that has fireworks and great system for carts.
