This is one of the modern house2 from my and my friend's new project, the modern neighborhood.
The concept is compact, functional and luxurious yet playful house.
As usual, I put a lot of effort in creation of interior.
I am really satisfied with the finishing of this house and wish you would download and try it out!
There is some nice elevations, barbecue spot and a cleverly placed tiny pool or a open bathtub if you would like.
Just watch the video and you will feel the awesomeness of this house!
