I created two Pig Mob Statue at a 1 pixel : 2 blocks scale. One is the regular old Pig and the second variant is Steve riding a saddled Pig using a Carrot on a Stick.

You can find schematics for LiteMatica and WorldEdit as well as a world with the statues in the download.
