An upright player piano brought to life in Minecraft!
%100 vanilla creative mode. It could even be made in survival mode!
The music is encoded in the wall behind the piano using a clever mechanism that I have innovated to deliver information to the piano. It works like a music box or the slotted sheets of a player piano. Right click one of the note blocks all the way to the right of the piano to play a song. The right foot pedal activates sustain. (It gives the notes an echo effect) The middle foot pedal mutes the piano and controls the lighting. I haven't thought of a use for the left pedal. It may lack the nuance and feeling required to truly master Debussy, but its still pretty darn cool. Think of it like a virtual music box. Enjoy during the day or at night when the lights come on.

8/28/2023: The piano can now play multiple songs! I've added the piece Gymnopédie No. 1 by Erik Satie, as well as a sneak peek for my next project. I've changed the tone of the piano and reverb, and cleaned a bunch of stuff up. New videos coming soon!

8/30/2023: I've added two songs by C418!!! Sweden and Wet Hands. I was able to copy over Wet Hands from another save file. I also made the song selection and its wiring neater. I like where its going. I plan on adding more songs so stay tuned!

9/7/2023: I've added Avril 14th by Aphex Twin. The middle foot pedal not only mutes and unmutes but now also controls the internal lights. More to come!
