The New Limesville Life Building is a 40-storey (156 blocks tall) Neogothic/Art Deco mixed style skyscraper, located on NE Richardson Avenue & East 26th Street. Built in 1927-1928. The building had been serving as headquarters for the New Limesville Life Insurance Company from 1928 to 1977, and later in 1977 it was sold to Limeton® Hotels & Resorts, renovated and reclassified as a luxury hotel.
