I understand you... I live in the same type of block... and... ye. I hate it how it looks from the outside. Once they had machined steel decorations on the panels, representing ships, aircraft, St. Georgi on his horse, etc. (All bulgarian motifs of the time 1962-99). But then, control was loosened and the result is a fugly building, which looks BAD. Before that, though, they were beautifully decorated. :P And also, building a similar thing was a real challenge for me. How about you?
