Hi !
The HNLMS Abraham Crijnssen was operating in the netherlands navy during WW2. The captain and the crew turned out the ship into an island to escape the japanese navy. The operation was a success and the japanese ships thought it was a real island and didn't paid attention to it. The ship passed the war and is a museum since the 90's.
