In one comment in the discussion, Aequotis says that expanding the basement is allowed, but in another comment he says it's NOT allowed, and he's never answered my latest comment in that discussion, so I'm just gonna submit my entry like it is. 1.) Build a chair.
2.) Use this command: /summon minecraft:pig ~ ~ ~ {Saddle:1,Invulnerable:1,NoAI:1,OnGround:1,PersistenceRequired:1,Silent:1}
(Just replace ~ ~ ~ with the coordinates of the sitting surface. And make sure the saddle is roughly 1 pixel above the sitting surface. It might take a while to find the correct coordinates.)
3.) Use this command: /effect @e[type=pig] minecraft:invisibility 1000000 255 true
