Hello all,
this is my recreation of the famous Parthenon or Temple of Athena from AC odyssey.
The temple in the game is my favourite as it is so colourful and detailed. I waited with building this one since I wanted to level up my building skills so I could do it justice. I think it came out rarther well. Hope you enjoy!
The Parthenon also called Temple of Athena, is a former temple on the Akropolis Sanctuary in Athens, Greece, dedicated to the goddess Athena, the patron god of Athens.
Made of Pentelic marble, the temple was known for housing the massive statue of Athena made by the renowned sculptor Phidias. The structure also held the city's and Delian League's riches during the classical period.
It the most well known temple of the classical age and remains a symbol for the city Athens today as the remnants of the temple attract many tourists every year.

#Update:
Currently reworking all my older Temples from AC Odyssey by updating them to look even more in-line with the game version. With the various new blocks added to minecraft and my overall experience that has gone up massively since I started I wanted to make all my Temple recreations more alike to each other.

Added various new details and changed out alot of blocks for better alternatives to make the Temple look even more like the in-game verison. Gold blocks replaced by more realistic copper blocks. Removed overdone floor patterns for more clean look. New pictures added. New download link.

i was just wondering if you were interested in maybe helping me build the entire city of Athens as shown in the game AC Odyssey after you’ve finished your project. It’s cool if not, I’m gonna try it nonetheless.
Statues are good and it's all quite nicely tied together
