The second monthly contest held on the DarwinReforged server was a big one. It involved two teams of over 20 builders each competing for the title of the best elven styled build on the server. This project is the submission that was built by Team one, who's elven themes were high elf and ocean. The build consists of a wealthy town that revolves around the central grand palace, with a lower-class human colony and vaults beneath.
