Blackwater City would be really difficult to reproduce in Minecraft and we already have built a river level from Ratchet & Clank serie ! :P (Notak)
I really like this city but even if we reproduce it we wouldn't have the same atmosphere in Minecraft as in the game. :/
I think people woudn't see much if the city was in the End dimention and I couldn't post any screens because they would be too much dark to see anyting. :/
Furthermore, I prefer building with the classic ressourcepack so that everyone can enjoy the map! :-)
