A working, animated windmill.

Using the /clone command, it loops through 10 stages of rotation. Due to symmetry, it only has to rotate 90 degrees before repeating. A total of 14 command blocks are used: 1 for each stage and 4 for turning it on and off.
Originally built in vanilla 1.7 using 532 command blocks with the /setblock command looping through the 10 stages.
