The Lighting charged Enderman: An enderman that got lost in the overworld seeking shelter from the rain but unfortunately for the Enderman it was a thunderstorm leading up to the Enderman being struck by lightning.

The charged creeper is first, then over time in crater appear crystals which turn normal Endermen into these on contact in rainy days
