Incident Report #2846-B
As of February 5th at approximately 2035 hours, a call was made out to Nowhere County Sheriffs Office by an unknown caller who claimed to hear two people screaming within the house as they passed by via bicycle.
I officer Pars arrived on scene at approximately 2100 hours, the house appeared old and unkempt, almost abandoned. I approached the house and knocked on the door, announced myself but received no response.
I made a second attempt to make contact and when I received the same outcome, I drew my weapon and breached open the door. I immediately smelled iron as soon as I entered the residence, the inside of the house was in disarray beginning with the living room that housed only two chairs and a TV that appeared to have been shot.
There appeared to be red drip stains on the floor, and multiple more bullet holes in various walls of the house. There was a food and water bowl for a dog, but they seem to have been empty for a few weeks as I could see dust inside them.
After clearing the living room and kitchen, I made my way upstairs, more red streaks and droplets were on the stairs and walls, my guess was blood. As soon as I enter the upstairs hallway, an older man was lying on the floor, his throat appeared torn out with teeth marks lining the injury, upon checking his pulse I identified him as deceased.
By his side was a shotgun, along with multiple empty shell casings, and dog prints that have tracked the red material. I immediately followed the tracks which led to into a bedroom, as soon as I entered, an older woman laid on the bed, her stomach appeared as if it was blown open.
Furthering inspection also showed bite marks along the injury, and she had no pulse. ID'd as deceased. There were more dog prints all over the bed sheets as well, and a few bullet holes in the bedroom walls. On the walls, were whips and other devices that appeared to be a means of torture or pleasure, further inspection showed pink hair and dark chunks of an unknown substance on the devices.
Beside the bed on a table appeared to be syringes and hallucinogenic chemicals, along with a log book indicating an animals reactions to the drug along with names of people in missing person cases.
I heard what sounded like a dog quicky run past me and down the stairs, I quickly chased after the animal and it entered down into a basement.
It was dark inside and reeked of death and animal, after turning on my flashlight and reaching the bottom stairs of the basement, I immediately identified multiple corpses, all possessing different levels of decay and all having bite marks and tears.
The floor was also covered in what appeared to be urine and fecal matter, I heard rattling in the corner of the room, as I made my way there I identified a cage covered in barbed wire and a pink dog inside.
The dog looked at me appearing terrified, he had blood on his mouth, and wore a collar made out of a chain that dug into his neck with a tag that stated "Courage".
Courage seemed malnourished from the observations of his spinal cord and ribs being revealed, trying to touch the animal made him yelp in fear and shake violently, it began urinating itself and whining profusely.
After contacting animal services and an investigator, it is believed that the elderly couple Ustes and Muriel were abusing the animal with various devices designed for torture, they were murdering random people that were Identified as missing persons of different cases, and feeding the cadavers to the dog.
Courage, was being physically beaten and left without water or food for days or even weeks, the animal must have attacked and killed the couple after being abused for an unknown amount of time, they were also injecting Courage with a drug that would cause him to see hallucinations. During the attack Ustes was firing his shotgun to kill the animal but Courage does not possess any injuries.
The dog will be taken to a shelter where he can hopefully find a better home, as for the bodies of the missing persons, immediate family will be given some closure.
