After the Illagers discovery of Bloodstone, the Ravager like creatures created from living stone that live on blood and flesh, there was another being that was seen in the Deep Dark. But the report of the Illager excavation parties was heavily under secrecy, even mere whispers of what the Illager teams witnessed was punishable of high severity.

One such Illager of the party had a conscience that nagged at them for what they discovered shouldn't be kept under secret, no creature of this power should be in the hands of anyone. So this Illager fled with the confidential information to a nearby city, where they gave the king the secret information.

For the Illagers thanks...he was beheaded...and the king kept the information to himself, for greed and power were his agenda. With the kings own scouting parties along with himself, they set on a course to where this being was located.

They traveled through dense forests and murky swamps, frigid mountains and hot sands. The travel took them about a months time to find the location of this strange cavern, and they finally found it. But this was no ordinary cave, and certainly not what fit the description of the Intel.

What the king and his men looked at, was a cave entrance webbed with strange red like tendrils that reached out on the walls and ceiling. One of the kings men touched the crimson tentacle, it writhed and squirmed with a wet surface. It was unsettling to them all, but the king wanted what lied within these hellish caverns...

As they made way into the same dark cave, it was thick of humidity and reeked of iron, skulls and blood stains were abundant inside this cavern, normal torches illuminated very little for it seemed the Deep Dark managed to reach the cavern surface.

After getting used to the smell and walking for what felt like a century, the king and his men spotted Deep Slate covered in the red pulsing webs. The cavern was already strange, but there was not a single creature along the way and not even the Bloodstone that was left in the report.

The kings men and himself continued, traversing the pressuring pitch black that was hard to breathe in. They finally came upon a ruined city, but the red mass was also strung over the structures, not a single Skulk echoed nor did their light shimmer. As the men drew closer to the center, they could hear a vibrating wail that shook them to the core, they frantically looked for what they thought to be a Warden...

What they witnessed, was a creature the same size of a Warden but appeared like it was made of stone with two gaping mouths of rock teeth, it's arms were held by the red appendages that seemed connected to flesh, white glimmers glowed in the multiple mouths of this horror as it elevated itself above the floor.

The creature must have casted magic, for two Bloodstone ravagers emerged out of the black and began attacking and eating the soldiers, other kings men engaged the strange Warden but we're quicky eviscerated and consumed by its mouths.

The king panicked and frantically ran from the fight, all he could hear were his men screaming, he must have ran for so long because he could no longer hear their echoes of torment...or they perished too soon...as the king managed to escape the caves confines, he ran into a group of Illagers who immediately recognized him along with the missing documents they once lost, this infuriated them.

They aggravated one of the red webs, which signaled a long red tentacle that quickly grabbed the kings ankle and dragged him back into the cavern, dropping the documents in the process. The Illagers cackled as they heard his screams from within...
