No evidence of where this abomination derived from, kill it on sight or run from it. Appears to possess two separate heads with the larger of the two being the body so it conducts excrement and webbing, while the smaller head makes the decision of movement, consumption, and identifying.
Body appears to be a large skeletal head with the skin still on it, seems malnourished as it desperately licks for nourishment from what the front head eats, possibly causes the creature to die on its own.
Head or the first head seems to be a deformed human cranium without ears or a nose, with many jagged teeth and two large spider like eyes with a very elongated tongue used for snatching prey.
More disturbingly enough, it hides eight other tongues within its mouth. When it needs to move to escape danger or capture prey, they split from each side of the orifice and walk on these tongues as if they were legs like some sort of spider, further theory is that the tongue appendages also taste surfaces to track food...

But if they had this face, I guess I'd run away.
Need to get an overhaul on their AI so they can crawl on all surfaces besides up, even upside down menacingly towards you in the dark on the cave ceiling.
