LegendarySi said in the About widget (he wrote that part), the flag colors should be incorporated somewhere into the skin. One example he gave me, which is a good example, is his fanskin of me,
Hunter IGEBM, which has the flag colors incorporated into my persona's cape. Another idea is that it could be some sort emblem or badge on the uniform, like on the chest or shoulders. The uniform should also have a place to store weapons, and, for your information, Legion soldiers are usually equipped with a plasma blaster and an electro-machete (as per IGEBM lore/Chaos Legion lore), so the skin could have holsters for that. Again, it's all up to you, but, as I said, it should have some semblance to a military uniform.
