I was wondering if there was a pack out there that made it so that every block and item accessible in both the nether and end was accessible in the overworld in some form, with special structures or something like that. I feel like if such a pack existed, it would very much help server owners run SMPs and other servers with no need for dimensions like the End, which is known for being super empty and causing servers to bloat in size and lag.

If such a pack exists already, please tell me! I'd love to use it!

(and if it doesn't, please make it! It'd be awesome and people would use it a ton!)
