Welcome to Underworldly, a nether world generation pack that removes the roof, massively improves world generation, and adds a new biome!

This all started after an internal debate on what to do with the nether roof in my other pack, Aceplante's RL Megapack. Personally I dislike how players can get on top of the roof allowing access to a perfectly flat area for building farms. My initial solution was to raise the height of the nether to 256 blocks which made the roof useless as it was now too high to build on, but realized that meant, if a player managed to get stuck up there, it would be impossible to get down. I instead decided to remove the roof entirely which solves both of those issues.

With this pack, generation is now a lot cooler, and includes a new biome called nether depths found deep in the world. This biome is not included in hot tourist attraction and the intent is to prevent players from accidentally getting the achievement when blasting for netherite.

A few other things worth mentioning is how cool spikes seem to generate in small patches and there are now massive lava caves! Also, due to [​MC-257201], lava of nether caves seems to be hardcoded at 32 above ymin and do not fill up to sea level occasionally causing weird floating lava, which I dont think can be fixed.

Oh and maps now work.
