This is a datapack I made for my own use, as I wanted to play through a world in which I started in the Nether. However, I didn't want to just go to the overworld the first chance I got, so I created this structure so that I would be able to find and enter the End without ever entering the overworld a single time.
Nether Pavilions can generate in any Nether-based biome, from as low as y = 30 all the way up to y = 100. They are circular buildings of nether brick with several pillars holding up a curved roof, and contain one fully built End Portal frame, which never holds any pre-filled ender eyes, and a Blaze spawner.
Eyes of Ender will correctly fly towards the nearest Nether Pavilion when used in the Nether. The Pavilions will often be found within 1 to 3 thousand blocks from 0 / 0, so it's never too far of a trek to make in the Nether's rough terrain.
To make use of this datapack, make sure it's installed before the world generates by placing it in the data pack section on the world creation screen! Otherwise, Nether Pavilions will not generate as they should in your world, and that would be a shame.
And that's it! This datapack adds nothing else. I suppose technically you do start in the overworld and will have to teleport yourself into the nether in order to truly start there, but perhaps I might add a feature to do that for you. Who knows? As it stands, I'm happy with how this turned out, and already had a really great time playing through my Nether world with it enabled. Do try it out if you want an interesting, somewhat challenging twist on normal Minecraft gameplay!
