For Winterfest
Snow and ice fall from the sky, if one hits you, you take the following damage:
Snow= 6 HP (3 hearts)
Ice= 12 HP (6 hearts)
Blue Ice= 24 HP (do the math). !!!Warning this will insta-kill if you don't have health boost, resistance, etc.!!!
Also water freezes.
